About the role
- You support the strategic development of the marketing, sales & service functions on Group level
- You drive a global sales professional’s program, including set-up, contents, formats as well as trainer and participants communication, management and administration
- You are responsible for organizing global sales and digital marketing trainings, enhancing contents and collecting feedback as well as challenging suppliers
- You plan and implement an internal award for the sales community, relying on and further improving the existing concept
- You act as an AI tool expert, staying up to date on latest tools and features to continuously improve productivity in our marketing, sales and service teams
- You use AI tools to create digital training courses and digital marketing assets
- You communicate your and the team’s results in management presentations
Requirements
- You study business administration preferably with a focus on Marketing, Sales, HR, (international) Event Management, (Digital) Media Management or similar subject areas
- You ideally have some proven results in the field of training and / or people development and/ or event management
- You like to work autonomously, pro-actively and are highly organized
- You are professionally fluent in English, love to work internationally and you are a communicative person. German is a an advantage
- You master Microsoft Office and presentations (especially PowerPoint) and are motivated to work with AI tools (e.g. Co-Pilot, Synthesia)
