You support the strategic development of the marketing, sales & service functions on Group level
You drive a global sales professional’s program, including set-up, contents, formats as well as trainer and participants communication, management and administration
You are responsible for organizing global sales and digital marketing trainings, enhancing contents and collecting feedback as well as challenging suppliers
You plan and implement an internal award for the sales community, relying on and further improving the existing concept
You act as an AI tool expert, staying up to date on latest tools and features to continuously improve productivity in our marketing, sales and service teams
You use AI tools to create digital training courses and digital marketing assets
You communicate your and the team’s results in management presentations
Requirements
You study business administration preferably with a focus on Marketing, Sales, HR, (international) Event Management, (Digital) Media Management or similar subject areas
You ideally have some proven results in the field of training and / or people development and/ or event management
You like to work autonomously, pro-actively and are highly organized
You are professionally fluent in English, love to work internationally and you are a communicative person. German is a an advantage
You master Microsoft Office and presentations (especially PowerPoint) and are motivated to work with AI tools (e.g. Co-Pilot, Synthesia)
