About the role
- Direct point of contact for apprentices in IT specialist training and dual-study students in Applied Computer Science
- Responsible for imparting technical knowledge, soft skills, and company values
- Support at external events such as career and apprenticeship fairs
- Delivering (software) training sessions for employees and customers
- Developing innovative learning concepts and content in collaboration with specialist departments and the content-creator team
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as an instructor and/or trainer desirable
- Possession of a trainer qualification (Ausbildereignungsschein) desirable but not required
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C# and Delphi, as well as relational databases; PL/SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, team orientation, and enthusiasm
- Practical, hands-on mentality
