About the role
- Daily tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable bookkeeping.
- Ensure all process workflows and actively drive automation within accounting.
- Process manual payments and prepare payment run files.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with payroll accounting and human resources tasks.
- Manage incoming communications.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in commercial administrative work and ideally in accounting.
- Professional telephone and email communication skills.
- Structured and meticulous working style.
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems or DATEV.
