About the role
- Responsible for the financial management and development of worldwide subsidiaries
- Independently manage domestic and international portfolio companies
- Analyze and prepare the monthly internal group reporting
- Support executive management in decision-making
- Develop group-wide controlling standards, reporting processes and tools
- Execute projects within corporate controlling
Requirements
- University degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or auditing
- Several years of professional experience in corporate controlling, ideally in an industrial or automotive environment
- Experience supporting foreign subsidiaries and/or direct international experience
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical skills and communication abilities
- Proficient in LucaNet, MS Office and ERP systems
- Willingness to travel occasionally
