About the role
- Responsible for the financial management and further development of subsidiaries
- Independently advising foreign subsidiaries on business and financial matters
- Analyzing and preparing the monthly internal consolidated management reports
- Supporting executive management in decision-making through variance analyses
- Close cooperation with local finance leads and managing directors
- Developing controlling standards and reporting processes
- Using LucaNet, Power BI, ERP systems and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Preparing reports and presentations
Requirements
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling or auditing
- Several years of professional experience in group controlling, ideally in an industrial or automotive environment
- Experience supporting foreign subsidiaries and/or direct international experience
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills, team orientation, communication strength and an independent working style
- Proficient user of LucaNet, MS Office and ERP systems
- Willingness to travel occasionally
