Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for planning, creating, publishing and optimizing content across digital channels.
Develop and execute a cross-channel content and social media strategy.
Create an editorial calendar for the website, blog, newsletter and social media channels.
Day-to-day management of social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Ongoing monitoring and reporting on reach, engagement, clicks and conversions; deriving and implementing optimization measures.
Coordinate and work closely with internal teams, external agencies, photographers, designers and content creators.

What you’ll need

Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, media or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience with relevant references.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation (including copywriting).
Confident use of common social media platforms, content tools (Canva/Adobe, etc.) and basic analytics.
Strong sense for language, visual aesthetics and storytelling, with a structured, independent working style.
Demonstrated experience with online shops; if not, a strong digital affinity and willingness to learn.
Native German speaker, fluent in English.
Affinity for East Asian cultures is an advantage.
