About the role
- Active new customer acquisition in the B2B sector (hospitality and retail) and independent development, support and advising of assigned customers
- Independently prepare quotes, process orders and maintain customer data
- Personal on-site support and consultation for our business customers; presentation of our product portfolio and tailored solution development
- Manage the entire sales process through to closing
- Responsible for achieving sales and budget targets for assigned customers and sales territories
- Conduct sales negotiations and hold annual review meetings
- Market monitoring and competitive analysis
- Close collaboration with the marketing and purchasing teams to design attractive offers and promotions
- Coordination with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG (food/non-food)
- Very good German, English and French language skills are required
- Strong interest in and solid knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine and related food products is a strong plus
- Cultural sensitivity, enjoyment of an international environment, strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independence, mobility, flexibility and willingness to travel are essential
- Valid Category B driver's license
- Independent, customer-focused and structured working style
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
