About the role

  • Active new customer acquisition in the B2B sector (hospitality and retail) and independent development, support and advising of assigned customers
  • Independently prepare quotes, process orders and maintain customer data
  • Personal on-site support and consultation for our business customers; presentation of our product portfolio and tailored solution development
  • Manage the entire sales process through to closing
  • Responsible for achieving sales and budget targets for assigned customers and sales territories
  • Conduct sales negotiations and hold annual review meetings
  • Market monitoring and competitive analysis
  • Close collaboration with the marketing and purchasing teams to design attractive offers and promotions
  • Coordination with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG (food/non-food)
  • Very good German, English and French language skills are required
  • Strong interest in and solid knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine and related food products is a strong plus
  • Cultural sensitivity, enjoyment of an international environment, strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independence, mobility, flexibility and willingness to travel are essential
  • Valid Category B driver's license
  • Independent, customer-focused and structured working style
  • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
