Social Media Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Together with your team, you develop social media strategies and provide our clients with comprehensive advice on all social media matters
- You create audience‑targeted posts, stories and campaigns for various social media channels (LinkedIn and Meta)
- Your focus is on social media campaigns: you analyze, evaluate and monitor campaign data, produce reports and derive optimization measures to continuously improve clients' KPIs
- Structured work with editorial calendars and fixed timelines is part of your everyday routine
- You work closely with our internal experts in campaign management, technical editing, public relations, design and video production
- You have a feel for trends and platforms and conduct in‑depth competitor analyses from which you derive concrete recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree or a commercial vocational qualification and have already gained professional experience in marketing
- You have worked in a comparable social media position, including roles with a social paid focus, and bring several years of experience with LinkedIn and Meta
- You have a strong sense for storytelling and the ability to engage people emotionally
- Your working style is careful, independent and well‑structured
- You are enthusiastic about technical topics and enjoy advising different clients individually
- With your open and positive manner, you easily adapt to different interlocutors and convince them of your ideas — working in English is no problem for you
