About the role
- Carry out service assignments, commissioning, and technical support for AMRs and tugger trains
- Analyze technical faults
- Perform maintenance work and calibration
- Work closely with software and integration partners as well as project management
- Conduct training for end users and service personnel
Requirements
- Technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechatronics technician, electronics technician) or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in related industries is a plus
- High willingness to travel (approx. 75%)
- Service-oriented mindset and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and a structured, independent working style
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
