About the role
- Service calls for AMRs and tugger trains nationally and internationally.
- Analyze technical faults and perform maintenance work.
- Calibration and testing to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Close collaboration with software and integration partners.
- Conduct training sessions for users and service and maintenance personnel.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechatronics technician, electronics technician) or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in similar industries is a plus
- High willingness to travel (approximately 75%)
- Customer-focused service mindset and strong communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
- Good written and spoken German and English
