About the role

  • Build the market: Identify, qualify, and win the first customers in the kitchen and furniture sector
  • Manage the sales process: Own the entire sales cycle from first contact through demo to contract signing
  • Onboard customers: Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and workshops
  • Develop partnerships: Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and act as a strategic sparring partner
  • Shape the product: Feed customer feedback and market insights into product development
  • Represent the industry: Represent Planelio at trade fairs, events, and conferences in the furniture and kitchen sector

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in SaaS sales or the CRM software space
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of digital products and data-driven work with KPIs
  • High degree of ownership, self-motivation, and structured working style
  • Willingness to travel approx. 2 days per week
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in the furniture or kitchen market; experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
