About the role
- Build the market: Identify, qualify, and win the first customers in the kitchen and furniture sector
- Manage the sales process: Own the entire sales cycle from first contact through demo to contract signing
- Onboard customers: Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and workshops
- Develop partnerships: Build long-term, trust-based customer relationships and act as a strategic sparring partner
- Shape the product: Feed customer feedback and market insights into product development
- Represent the industry: Represent Planelio at trade fairs, events, and conferences in the furniture and kitchen sector
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales — ideally in SaaS sales or the CRM software space
- Proven track record of closing complex deals and managing stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Solid understanding of digital products and data-driven work with KPIs
- High degree of ownership, self-motivation, and structured working style
- Willingness to travel approx. 2 days per week
- Nice-to-have: Experience in the furniture or kitchen market; experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
