- Leadership, motivation and development of the Pre-Sales team

Requirements
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Sales or Sales Development
- Enthusiasm for taking responsibility and leading a team
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a strong customer focus
- Structured working style and enjoyment of numbers, targets and optimization
- Very good German language skills and confidence using digital tools
- Experience in the kitchen or furniture industry is a plus but not required
