Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales, sales or sales development
- Enjoy taking responsibility and leading people
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a good sense for customers
- Structured working style and comfort with numbers, targets and optimization
- Excellent German language skills and confidence using digital tools
- Experience in the kitchen or furniture sector is a plus but not required
