About the role
- The program offers high-quality training in leadership, management and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
- You will typically work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.
- Five modules, each lasting one week: theoretical knowledge, case studies and role-plays, group work, team-building and plenary discussions.
- Between modules, you will be trained and coached on the job by an assigned Store Manager mentor.
- Upon completion of the modules, a celebration will be held to mark the end of the program.
- The ultimate goal of the Store Manager Trainee program is to prepare you to run your own store in the near future.

- Ideally, you already have experience in leading, motivating and developing a team.
- You are results-oriented and have a passion for retail.
- You have the ability to remain calm and determined even in stressful situations.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment that is constantly changing.
- You enjoy physical work, have a hands-on mentality and lead by example.
- You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays.
