About the role

  • You will spend at least 12 months with our company and alongside our founding and management team
  • You will take responsibility for strategically important projects from ideation and prototyping through operational implementation and iteration
  • You will help optimize key parts of our value chain by continuously improving processes
  • You will define and implement the business infrastructure to lay the foundation for strong growth
  • You will work closely with our scientific and business stakeholders
  • You will analyze markets to identify customer- and market-specific needs

Requirements

  • You are currently studying for or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
  • You may already have some professional experience, not necessarily in the typical demanding, fast-paced sectors (e.g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, etc.)
  • You are proactive, a self-starter, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • You are both analytical and pragmatic with a strong attention to detail
  • You enjoy working independently and are comfortable taking on responsibility
  • You have very good German and English language skills
