About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and resolve inventory data integrity issues at the branch level
  • Ensure branch compliance with core parts technologies
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze front-counter efficiency metrics
  • Evaluate and elevate the customer experience at struggling locations
  • Own the Parts Scorecard module
  • Travel to network locations up to 75% of the time
  • Lead the creation, documentation, and deployment of parts Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify operational bottlenecks at the branch level
  • Audit and build actionable reporting surrounding warehouse efficiency
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management; parts purchasing experience preferred
  • Expertise in inventory control, purchasing practices, supplier management, and contract negotiation
  • Proficient with ERP systems, Google Workplace, and advanced spreadsheet analysis
  • Proven ability to manage inventory parameters and optimize high-turn inventory environments
  • Experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and process improvement
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with master supply agreements, supplier business reviews, pricing structures, and sales and operations planning.
