About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and resolve inventory data integrity issues at the branch level
Ensure branch compliance with core parts technologies
Establish, monitor, and analyze front-counter efficiency metrics
Evaluate and elevate the customer experience at struggling locations
Own the Parts Scorecard module
Travel to network locations up to 75% of the time
Lead the creation, documentation, and deployment of parts Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Identify operational bottlenecks at the branch level
Audit and build actionable reporting surrounding warehouse efficiency
Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management; parts purchasing experience preferred
Expertise in inventory control, purchasing practices, supplier management, and contract negotiation
Proficient with ERP systems, Google Workplace, and advanced spreadsheet analysis
Proven ability to manage inventory parameters and optimize high-turn inventory environments
Experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and process improvement
Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities with attention to detail
Familiarity with master supply agreements, supplier business reviews, pricing structures, and sales and operations planning.
