About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for the Optimizely Data Platform implementation
- Review and validate customer data architecture, schemas, and platform configuration
- Analyze customer profiles, identity resolution rules, and behavioral tracking to ensure data accuracy
- Translate marketing initiatives into detailed technical and functional requirements
- Develop process maps illustrating customer data flow between CRM, eCommerce platforms, marketing systems, and ODP
- Create and maintain functional specifications, data dictionaries, event tracking documentation, and process documentation
- Design customer segmentation strategies to support lifecycle marketing and personalized customer experiences
- Define KPI frameworks and reporting requirements to measure campaign performance and business outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product, and data teams throughout project delivery
- Identify implementation risks, validate technical assumptions, and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience supporting Marketing Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, or digital marketing initiatives
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Exposure to enterprise system integrations, APIs, customer data, and event tracking
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
