About the role

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI
  • Analyze data from Jira and Atlassian tools to generate insights on product delivery, team performance, and operational efficiency
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with PMO and Product Delivery leadership to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks
  • Develop automated and scalable reporting solutions to improve data accessibility and accuracy
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly through data storytelling and visualization
  • Nice-to-Have: Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
  • Experience with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput)
  • Experience working in PMO, Product, or Agile delivery environments
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English)
