About the role

  • Manage daily Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) activities, utilizing a solid grasp of DRP logic.
  • Execute the weekly Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) cycle for assigned products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for service failures and propose corrective action.
  • Generate and maintain monthly/quarterly DRP reports focused on key performance indicators.
  • Analyze historical sales data and current forecasts to adjust safety stock and reorder points.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations teams and act as a liaison between Sales, Sales Planning, and the DRP team.
  • Assist in training new team members in planning tools and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics planning, MRP, DRP, or inventory control.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and complex spreadsheet functions.
  • Experience using a DRP/ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and WMS software.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems efficiently.
