About the role
- Reporting to the Head of Field Sales as the field-based lead for assigned city/cities
- Own city performance: drive awareness, distribution, execution, and market share
- Identify, lead and nurture influential accounts and route-to-market relationships
- Lead on-the-ground execution: product distribution, merchandising, brand presence, events and activations
- Develop and manage relationships with non-traditional and new trade channels
- Tailor and execute national city plans to local market needs and allocate resources accordingly
- Coordinate, coach and manage third-party field sales teams to ensure consistent delivery
- Monitor and report city-level sales data, trends and execution; provide market insights to Head of Field Sales
- Ensure compliance with Age Verification and all relevant national and regional regulations
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive commercial growth and manage a portfolio of accounts
- Hands-on, proactive field execution including event management and merchandising
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management and coordination
- Highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to analyse data to deliver performance interventions and problem-solve
- Resilience and desire to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
- Experience working with third-party field sales teams (desirable, but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence is required for this role
- BA/BS degree preferred but not required
- Ensure compliance to all relevant business requirements including Age Verification and adherence to regional regulations
