• manage and improve the payroll tax amendment process across all required areas
• tackle system and operational problems, set the process rules, and handle compliance risks to avoid penalties
• drive operational efficiency through process improvement, automation, and advocating for improvements to our product
• build and coach the team that handles the tax amendments to do great work
• ensure routine and complex tasks are executed to keep clients compliant
• work with other teams to solve customer issues and talk with federal, state, and local tax offices
