About the role
- Process phonecalls & tickets
- Editing tickets
- Answering product-related questions
- Provide feedback to the customers in using German language
- Conception and creation of support articles and videos
- Coordination and communication with the developers
Requirements
- Customer facing experience
- Fluent in English & German (both writing & speaking)
- Problem-solving skills and technical understanding of products and systems
- Strong communication skills in customer contact
- Reliability and independence in handling tasks
- Nice to have: Background in economics, computer science, business administration, or similar (Bachelor/Master)
