About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct research and assessments, and recommend efficient, robust software solutions tailored to client needs
Deliver high-quality, requirement-compliant code with a strong focus on performance
Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing applications and lead refactoring efforts
Collaborate closely with software engineers, product owners, team managers, and clients
Provide technical consulting to clients to ensure solutions meet their requirements
Mentor colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in web application development using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks/libraries such as Angular, RxJS, and Angular Material, plus strong SCSS/CSS and HTML best practices
Excellent communication skills in English and German for effective collaboration with teams and clients
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, including debugging and performance testing
Experience analyzing project requirements and delivering reliable solutions across different application components
Solid understanding of client–server communication, protocols, and REST principles
Fluent in German and English
Nice to have: familiarity with adjacent frameworks and technologies used in projects (Node.js, Docker, etc.)
Willingness and experience in mentoring less senior colleagues and fostering a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of the application lifecycle and CI/CD practices
Experience with security and UI/UX considerations
