About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver on-site training sessions, acting as a “train the trainer” resource for IMRs and end users.
Conduct safety walk-throughs at customer facilities, identifying hazards, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Educate clients on OSHA and EPA compliance requirements, delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
Champion the STUD-E platform and mobile app to drive effective adoption and usage.
Support sales teams with customer visits, presentations, and live tool demonstrations.
Document findings and deliver easy-to-understand compliance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and support product enhancements.
Promote safety improvements that reduce risks, prevent fines, and support business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Environmental Safety (OHES), Safety, Industrial Supervision or Operations Management. OR sales-related education (e.g., sales certificate) with demonstrated business acumen and soft skills
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the U.S.
OSHA training or certifications
Experience with safety audits, hazard recognition, or compliance assessments
Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
