About the role
- Lead data management and analysis for Environmental, Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Quality goals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
- Drive and deliver continuous improvement programs.
- Manage cross-functional projects to enhance workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and product/service quality.
- Report directly to the Sr. Director, EHS & Quality.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- 3-5 years of EHS experience in project management or similar role.
- Proven experience managing and visualizing datasets for EHS, ESG, or Quality systems.
- Strong coding experience in Python, R, or SQL (automation and data cleaning).
- Expertise in Power BI (preferred) or similar visualization platforms (Tableau, Qlik).
- Experience with ESG frameworks and metrics (GRI, SASB, CDP, SBTi).
