About the role

  • Develop and execute national channel sales strategies aligned with company goals and product lines.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team focused on distributor growth and performance.
  • Manage key distributor and IMR relationships and serve as a senior point of contact.
  • Establish distributor account plans and growth strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive end-user demand through joint sales calls, ride-alongs, and targeted account planning.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and marketing on lead generation, campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Monitor pipeline, forecasts, inventory health, and key performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide accurate reporting and forecasts to leadership.
  • Stay current on industrial safety market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–7 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or account management within manufacturing or industrial markets.
  • Experience developing channel partners and selling direct to end users.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety distributors and buying groups.
  • Ability to travel 40–60%.
