About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and own the dashboards and reporting frameworks that give channel marketing leads a clear, always-current view of campaign performance across paid, owned and CRM channels.
  • Own the creation and management of marketing audiences in Hightouch, translating customer data into precise, dynamic segments that power multi-channel campaigns at scale.
  • Partner with the Director, Growth & Performance Marketing to build and execute a dedicated testing roadmap, designing experiments that generate actionable learnings across content, audience, timing and channel.
  • Maintain clean, reliable data pipelines between our analytics stack, data warehouse and activation platforms, ensuring audiences and metrics are consistently defined and compliant.
  • Work directly and closely with channel marketing leads to understand their reporting needs and translate them into clear, accessible dashboards built in Tableau.
  • Define and maintain JustPark’s core channel marketing KPIs, ensuring consistency across teams and alignment with company-level acquisition, retention and CLTV targets.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance summaries to the Director, Performance Marketing and wider marketing leadership team.
  • Own paid media budget tracking, enabling accurate ROAS, CAC and cost-per-engagement reporting across all paid channels.
  • Partner with BI and Engineering teams to ensure tracking is robust, marketing tools are correctly instrumented, and data pipelines support accurate measurement.
  • Maintain and continuously improve a library of reusable audience segments including; lifecycle stage, behavioral, product-based, lookalike and suppression lists, enabling fast, reliable campaign activation.
  • Establish documentation and governance for audience definitions to ensure consistency, compliance (GDPR) and discoverability across teams.
  • Partner with the Data team to maintain clean, reliable data flows between the data warehouse, Hightouch and downstream activation platforms, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with CRM and paid media leads to align audience frameworks across channels, reducing duplication and ensuring a coherent customer experience across touchpoints.
  • Design A/B and multivariate tests across content, audience, timing and channel variables — writing clear test briefs, defining success metrics and ensuring tests are set up for clean, interpretable readouts.
  • Build reporting and analysis frameworks that translate test results into clear, actionable recommendations for channel leads and leadership.
  • Track and document experiment outcomes, maintaining a learnings library that informs future campaign strategy and channel investment decisions.
  • Support incrementality testing and interpretation of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) outputs to inform channel mix decisions.
  • Act as the primary analytics partner for channel marketing leads, translating data into insight and supporting their decision-making with timely, accurate analysis.
  • Work closely with Finance to support budget management, forecasting and scenario planning based on changes in marketing spend and seasonality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations or a closely related discipline, with a track record of building reporting and audience infrastructure in fast-paced environments.
  • Manager or Senior Manager-level experience, with the confidence to own a workstream independently and partner effectively with senior channel leads and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working directly with channel marketing teams — ideally across paid media, CRM and app channels — as a hands-on analytics partner.
  • Experience in a marketplace, platform or consumer app business is a strong advantage.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working in BigQuery or a comparable modern data warehouse environment.
  • Hands-on experience with a CDP or reverse ETL tool — Hightouch experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools; Tableau, Looker or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with key marketing platforms: GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Braze or Iterable, DV360.
  • Working knowledge of Python or R is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tracking, attribution and measurement concepts, including MMP-based attribution and incrementality testing methodologies.
  • Comfortable with GDPR requirements and data governance best practice.
  • Proven experience designing and analysing A/B tests, with a clear understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing and test design principles.
  • Experience interpreting incrementality test results and MMM outputs to inform channel mix decisions.
  • Comfortable building experimentation frameworks from scratch and educating non-technical stakeholders on test design and results.
  • Data-literate and comfortable interpreting performance data to draw insights and recommendations.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, energised by ambiguity and comfortable building from the ground up.
  • Collaborative by nature, you enjoy working within a close-knit team and partnering across functions to get the best outcomes.
  • Clear communicator who can translate complex data into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of what matters most.
