About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • drive fulfillment rate up by closing supply-demand gaps before they cost us a booking
  • keep professional utilization healthy and reduce unfulfillment week over week
  • resolve customer issues with empathy and speed so satisfaction scores keep rising
  • own clean, accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality so the team decides on facts, not guesses
  • run outbound calls to quality-grading standards and contribute to projects that make the operation faster and better

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years in operations or customer support
  • Fluent Arabic and solid working English
  • Genuine analytical rigor: comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, reading metrics, and acting on what the numbers tell you
  • Experience in the service industry or an on-demand/marketplace business (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tooling (nice to have)
