Key responsibilities & impact

drive fulfillment rate up by closing supply-demand gaps before they cost us a booking
keep professional utilization healthy and reduce unfulfillment week over week
resolve customer issues with empathy and speed so satisfaction scores keep rising
own clean, accurate reporting on utilization, unfulfillment, and quality so the team decides on facts, not guesses
run outbound calls to quality-grading standards and contribute to projects that make the operation faster and better

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years in operations or customer support
Fluent Arabic and solid working English
Genuine analytical rigor: comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, reading metrics, and acting on what the numbers tell you
Experience in the service industry or an on-demand/marketplace business (nice to have)
Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tooling (nice to have)
