About the role
- Strategic account management and communication with clients at all levels
- Development of content strategies in close collaboration with clients and the internal strategy and creative teams
- Analysis of reporting and derivation of targeted optimization measures in collaboration with the Paid Media team
- Nurturing and growing existing client relationships
- Creation and preparation of persuasive presentations for client meetings
- Planning, managing, and executing campaigns and workshops
- Coordination of internal teams and external service providers
- Responsibility for budget planning and project control
Requirements
- Some initial experience in account and project management — ideally within an agency environment
- Ability to proactively manage client relationships
- Strong presentation skills in German and English
- Team player with a willingness to grow professionally
