About the role
- Steer the HR function for the company as HR Business Partner to the Managing Director and the leadership team.
- Provide HR solutions that align with company’s business needs and corporate HR Strategy.
- Bring local requirements into regional/global HR processes and represent Greece in European HR projects.
- Ensure HR compliance with Greek labor law, company guidelines, and corporate governance.
- Lead, develop, and engage employees in line with the ODs requirements & company values, ethics, and sustainability commitments.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with company governance.
- Lead Talent acquisition & Management (Recruitment, Hiring, Learning, Development) based on BU demands.
- Manage annual salary review processes & ensure competitiveness in the Greek labor market.
- Oversee HR administration in collaboration with the central Hub (contracts, payroll interface, time/leave management, employee records).
- Manage HR Services, headquartes and sites.
- Monitor labor cost, headcount development, and workforce-related risks.
- Act as local representative in employee surveys and engagement programs.
Requirements
- University degree in human resources, psychology, law, or similar qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Fluent in local language and in English, both orally and in written
- IT literate
- Availability to travel
- Demonstrate customer focus
- Effective communication
