About the role

  • Steer the HR function for the company as HR Business Partner to the Managing Director and the leadership team.
  • Provide HR solutions that align with company’s business needs and corporate HR Strategy.
  • Bring local requirements into regional/global HR processes and represent Greece in European HR projects.
  • Ensure HR compliance with Greek labor law, company guidelines, and corporate governance.
  • Lead, develop, and engage employees in line with the ODs requirements & company values, ethics, and sustainability commitments.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with company governance.
  • Lead Talent acquisition & Management (Recruitment, Hiring, Learning, Development) based on BU demands.
  • Manage annual salary review processes & ensure competitiveness in the Greek labor market.
  • Oversee HR administration in collaboration with the central Hub (contracts, payroll interface, time/leave management, employee records).
  • Manage HR Services, headquartes and sites.
  • Monitor labor cost, headcount development, and workforce-related risks.
  • Act as local representative in employee surveys and engagement programs.

Requirements

  • University degree in human resources, psychology, law, or similar qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Fluent in local language and in English, both orally and in written
  • IT literate
  • Availability to travel
