Requirement Manager – System Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and update the requirements database (IBM DOORS)
- Assist in requirements tracing, verification status tracking, and consistency checks across different system levels
- Deliver and review technical specifications exports from the requirements database
- Contribute to the improvement and documentation of requirements engineering processes
- Contribute to the projects’ documentation (specification tree, traceability matrices, progress reports)
Requirements
What you’ll need- MSc in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Astrophysics, or a related field
- Strong interest in space science missions, particularly astrophysics, exoplanet science, or gravitational wave missions
- Basic understanding of systems engineering concepts (requirements, interfaces, verification/validation)
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex technical information
- English (proficient level, required) and German (good-to-have)
- Motivation to learn tools, standards, and processes used in large European space programs
- Military service obligations fulfilled (for male Greek citizens)
