About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Delivering a best-in-class reward framework that aligns with broader business and people strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners on all aspects of reward and recognition
- Ensuring reward frameworks are consistent, competitive and compliant with regulatory and governance standards
- Leading the Group-wide benchmarking strategy, keeping ahead of market trends
- Overseeing all reward programmes, including Annual pay reviews, Benefits enrolment, Incentive schemes
- Driving insight-led improvements across the entire reward lifecycle
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of statutory reporting
- Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to align reward with Employee Value Proposition and career pathways
- Preparing and delivering high-quality materials for the Executive Committee and Board Remuneration Committee
- Inspiring and developing a high-performing Reward team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in a Reward leadership role
- Background in either financial services, professional services or a PLC/in-house environment
- Strong analytical capability, with experience in reward modelling, job architecture and benefits design
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude
- Deep understanding of reward best practice and market trends
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams
- A degree (or equivalent) or relevant qualification is desirable
