About the role

  • You develop the required frontend and backend modules for our internal applications as a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer in close coordination with the team and serve as a knowledgeable contact for internal questions in programming and web development.
  • In a flat-hierarchy environment you actively influence problem solving and contribute constructively to planning and optimizations.
  • Together with the team, you work to automate manual processes, simplify workflows, and sustainably increase efficiency through our internal applications.
  • You work with the following tech stack: Laravel 12, MariaDB, DuckDB, Docker, GitLab, PHP 8.4.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or equivalent vocational training in computer science or software development
  • Practical experience (approx. 2–5 years) in full-stack web application development
  • Confident experience with relational databases (MariaDB, MySQL, DuckDB) and hands-on experience with Laravel (including Eloquent ORM)
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD processes (GitLab)
  • Initial experience with process automation and modern software architectures (workflows, API flows, microservices)
  • Experience with automated testing (PHPUnit, Pest)
  • Conversational German language skills
  • Committed, solution-oriented personality with a passion for modern software development and teamwork
