About the role
- Develop and implement engagement and education strategies for Jusbrasil customers
- Identify engagement opportunities and friction points across the customer journey
- Lead, plan, execute, and/or collaborate on multichannel initiatives or campaigns aimed at activation, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Translate technical and strategic topics into accessible, clear, customer-centered communication
- Ensure consistency and regular cadence in communications with the user base
- Communicate the narrative of solutions and product features in a way that helps customers perceive continuous value from the product
- Develop and deliver customer education programs
- Plan and produce educational initiatives in multiple formats
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of educational content
- Monitor performance metrics for marketing, education, and community initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Education, Customer Marketing, Marketing, Product Marketing, or related areas
- Excellent marketing- and CX-focused communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible language and to build cohesive storytelling
- Familiarity with communication channels and tools (email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, CRMs, automation platforms, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret customer behavior data (adoption, churn, NPS, engagement, etc.), with the capacity to test hypotheses and quickly adjust strategies based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience defining and tracking marketing and feature adoption metrics and KPIs
- Ability to influence others and manage stakeholders laterally
- Prior experience running and managing live events and webinars (a plus)
