About the role
- End-to-end Portfolio Management: lead the full lifecycle of complex projects, from feasibility assessment and business case development through to final measurement of results.
- Strategy and Problem Solving: structure complex, ambiguous problems and build models that drive effective, agile solutions.
- Data-Driven Mindset: use SQL and visualization tools to extract insights, translating business objectives into performance indicators (OKRs and KPIs).
- Monitoring and Reporting: create clear dashboards and reports that turn data into action, supporting leadership decisions with concise communication.
- Stakeholder and Dependency Management: act as a bridge between teams and market stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
- Risk Mitigation: proactively identify bottlenecks and design contingency plans to ensure delivery continuity.
- Continuous Improvement: implement and refine agile (Scrum/Kanban) or traditional methodologies, optimizing internal processes and documenting lessons learned.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing complex projects, preferably in innovation or social impact environments.
- Advanced Analytical Profile: strong technical ability to work with data, budgets, detailed schedules, and prioritization.
- Organized and resilient, able to operate in fast-changing scenarios with autonomy to lead without constant supervision.
- Communication and Collaboration: excellent interpersonal skills for working in cross-functional teams with a focus on collective success.
- Tool Proficiency: advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.
