About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You identify promising law firms that are a good fit for JUPUS — by phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- You conduct initial conversations, qualify leads, and determine how JUPUS can specifically support each firm.
- You work closely with experienced Account Executives and ensure smooth handovers.
- You contribute ideas to our sales playbook, test new approaches, and optimize our outreach strategies.
- You document your activities in the CRM and use data to continuously improve.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a native-level German speaker and communicate with empathy and clear structure.
- Some sales experience (B2B or SaaS) is a plus but not required — motivation and a willingness to learn matter more to us.
- You enjoy picking up the phone, writing persuasive messages, and presenting yourself professionally.
- You are a team player: in a dynamic environment you enjoy working together toward success and want to learn sales from the ground up.
- English skills are an advantage.
- Bonus: experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
