Outbound Growth Associate – Sales Development, Pipeline Growth

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify promising law firms and target growth opportunities related to our solutions
- Reach out to potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Conduct initial conversations, qualify leads and surface needs and growth potential
- Understand pain points and collaborate with the team to develop creative outbound strategies
- Work closely with Account Executives and ensure smooth handovers
- Contribute your own ideas to our sales playbook and test new outbound approaches
- Document and analyze your activities in the CRM to scale growth based on data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Genuine interest in AI, technology and modern business models
- Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring people about growth
- Openness, eagerness to learn and the drive to actively shape things
- Not afraid of new contacts – you enjoy picking up the phone and writing persuasive messages
- Team player: collaboration and growing together motivate you
- German at native level; good English skills are a plus
- Initial sales experience (outbound, Customer Success, B2B) welcome but not required
