About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of a team of Account Executives and SDRs
- Stay close to the business by listening into calls and providing feedback
- Develop the team’s skills in discovery, deal structuring, objection handling and closing
- Lead client conversations independently on key deals
- Identify and address pipeline or execution weaknesses early
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in B2B sales or the SaaS sector
- Experience in high-performance sales
- Strong at hunting, discovery and closing
- Ability to motivate, challenge and develop people
- Fluent German at native-speaker level
- Fluent English
