About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You guide our new clients through a first-class onboarding — from setup to optimal use.
  • You ensure they get the maximum value from JUPUS — through tailored training, regular check-ins and personal support.
  • You assist customers in connecting our platform with their existing law firm software.
  • You work closely with the product team and our support team to feed customer feedback directly into product development.
  • You question existing processes and help develop them further — your input counts!

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Agility & drive to shape change: You want to actively help shape and transform a changing industry!
  • Experience in Onboarding / Customer Success: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical affinity: You don’t need to be able to program, but you’re comfortable with technical issues.
  • Startup mentality: You love dynamism, tackle new challenges and want to make a real impact!
  • Customer focus: You understand that our success depends on the success of our clients.
  • Initiative & willingness to learn: You continuously develop and contribute your own ideas.

  • Communication skills: Fluent German and good English to best support our clients.
