About the role
- You guide our new clients through a first-class onboarding — from setup to optimal use.
- You ensure they get maximum value from JUPUS — through tailored training sessions, regular check-ins and personal support.
- You assist clients in connecting our platform with their existing law firm software.
- If a connection fails, you check basic settings (e.g., API keys, access permissions) and act as a technical filter.
- You work closely with the product team and our support team to feed customer feedback directly into product development.
- You question existing processes and continuously improve them — your input counts!
Requirements
- Agility & drive to shape: You want to actively influence and transform a changing industry.
- Experience in Onboarding / Customer Success: You have at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong technical affinity: You don't need to be able to code, but you are comfortable with technical issues.

- Customer focus: You understand that our success depends on the success of our clients.
- Initiative & willingness to learn: You continuously develop yourself and contribute your own ideas.

- Strong communication skills: Fluent German and good English to effectively support our clients.
