About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze job structures, salaries, benefits and market practices to recommend adjustments and ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Conduct salary surveys and studies, monitoring trends and movements in the labor market.
- Develop, review and implement policies, programs and practices for fixed and variable compensation and benefits.
- Lead job evaluation and classification processes, proposing organizational structures and salary ranges.
- Design and maintain recognition, merit-based and variable compensation programs.
- Support personnel budget management with projections, financial impact analyses and scenario simulations.
- Monitor compensation indicators and personnel costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
- Prepare studies, diagnostics and recommendations on market trends and best practices.
- Perform technical analyses and provide decision-support related to people management and budgeting.
- Prepare and present executive reports, studies and scenarios to senior leadership.
- Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with internal policies, applicable legislation and corporate governance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Human Resources
- Solid experience with salary surveys and monitoring market trends
- Knowledge of methodologies and best practices in total rewards
- Ability to manage different types of compensation and benefits
- Knowledge of labor law and payroll processes
- Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to structure content and use storytelling for effective presentations
- Intermediate English
- Experience with basic statistical calculations is desirable
- Experience with the Sênior and AllStrategy systems is a plus
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Compensation is desirable
