About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a leading figure in the development and expansion of insurance business in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, strengthening relationships with clients and partners, identifying strategic opportunities, and promoting solutions that add value to the local market.
Develop commercial solutions for Surety (bond) and Rent Guarantee insurance products.
Assess commercial metrics of the client portfolio.
Ensure excellent commercial service throughout the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
Plan commercial strategies to retain and grow clients.
Organize and promote events and partner meetings to publicize our products in Porto Alegre and other cities across the state.
Structure complex client operations to make business proposals viable.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Reside in the Greater Porto Alegre area.
Experience in sales or client relationship management.
Experience with Surety (bond) and/or Rent Guarantee insurance products.
Experience in the insurance market.
Knowledge of corporate insurance sales.
Knowledge of balance sheet analysis.
