About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the complete benefits cycle (health insurance, dental insurance, pension plan, life insurance, among others);
  • Manage vendors, negotiations and plan enrollments/changes;
  • Ensure reconciliations, payments, and monthly closing;
  • Monitor market trends and collective agreements;
  • Support hiring/onboarding, vacation, leave of absence, and termination processes;
  • Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and best practices;
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries;
  • Monitor and provide guidance on time and attendance records;
  • Ensure consistency, adjustments, and accurate timekeeping closures;
  • Act as a support point for the team in updating and publishing departmental documents.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience managing benefits and HR administration routines
  • Experience with the Sênior HR system (strong advantage)
  • Knowledge of benefits vendors and market best practices
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in people management or project management (preferred)
  • Basic English (preferred)
