About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the complete benefits cycle (health insurance, dental insurance, pension plan, life insurance, among others);
Manage vendors, negotiations and plan enrollments/changes;
Ensure reconciliations, payments, and monthly closing;
Monitor market trends and collective agreements;
Support hiring/onboarding, vacation, leave of absence, and termination processes;
Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and best practices;
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries;
Monitor and provide guidance on time and attendance records;
Ensure consistency, adjustments, and accurate timekeeping closures;
Act as a support point for the team in updating and publishing departmental documents.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Experience managing benefits and HR administration routines
Experience with the Sênior HR system (strong advantage)
Knowledge of benefits vendors and market best practices
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
Postgraduate degree or specialization in people management or project management (preferred)
Basic English (preferred)
