People & Culture Analyst – Mid-level

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the complete benefits cycle (health insurance, dental insurance, pension plan, life insurance, among others);
- Manage vendors, negotiations and plan enrollments/changes;
- Ensure reconciliations, payments, and monthly closing;
- Monitor market trends and collective agreements;
- Support hiring/onboarding, vacation, leave of absence, and termination processes;
- Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and best practices;
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries;
- Monitor and provide guidance on time and attendance records;
- Ensure consistency, adjustments, and accurate timekeeping closures;
- Act as a support point for the team in updating and publishing departmental documents.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Experience managing benefits and HR administration routines
- Experience with the Sênior HR system (strong advantage)
- Knowledge of benefits vendors and market best practices
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in people management or project management (preferred)
- Basic English (preferred)
