Key responsibilities & impact

Propose, structure, and develop strategic projects aimed at increasing commercial performance, productivity, and results for the company.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and commercial journeys, promoting initiatives that enhance the sales teams' experience and strengthen operational efficiency.
Conduct in-depth analyses of performance, productivity, conversion, and profitability metrics, turning data into actionable insights to support decision-making.
Prepare business studies and diagnostics, identifying bottlenecks, trends, growth opportunities, and action plans to drive improved results.
Build and monitor dashboards, management reports, and strategic KPIs, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of information.
Act in a consultative capacity with commercial areas and leadership, supporting strategic discussions and contributing to the definition of priorities and business direction.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing project implementation and monitoring the impacts on area metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in the insurance sector.
English - Basic.
