Regional Commercial Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic support to the brokers served in the assigned region.
- Develop solutions to grow the regional surety bond (Seguro Garantia) market in Brazil's North and Northeast regions.
- Increase the production volume of local brokers.
- Assess regional performance indicators.
- Ensure local commercial teams execute the strategies defined by the company.
- Manage the local team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Accounting.
- Experience with surety bonds (Seguro Garantia) and lease guarantees (Fiança Locatícia).
- Knowledge of the local broker market.
- People management experience.
- English (not required).
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in project management.
