About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to insurance brokers via email, phone and WhatsApp, managing daily requests related to Surety Bonds (traditional, financial and special lines) and Lease Guarantees, and resolving operational and technical inquiries;
Prepare quotations and issue policies in accordance with received requests and current guidelines;
Receive, verify and perform preliminary analysis of registration, financial and contractual documentation (financial statements, contracts, amendments, court records, among others);
Forward requests to the appropriate departments (Registration, Credit, Legal and Underwriting), ensuring correct operational flow and SLA compliance;
Assist brokers in using the Broker Portal through hands-on training and guidance on features and usability;
Support the portfolio manager in negotiations and pipeline tracking (status, deadlines and outstanding items), ensuring operational efficiency and SLA compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Commercial Management or related fields;
Experience in commercial roles and/or insurance brokerages or insurers, preferably with Surety Bonds and Lease Guarantees;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
Organized profile with strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to handle multiple demands, meet SLAs and work collaboratively in a team.
