About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze documents and information related to risk underwriting (tenders, contracts, etc.);
Make strategic decisions regarding the analyses performed;
Gather detailed information about clients’ activities within their markets;
Prepare risk underwriting opinions, draft documentation, and issue policies and endorsements;
Maintain contact with involved departments to clarify questions during the process;
Lead underwriting projects and collaborate with senior management to define risk strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Experience in risk analysis for Surety (Guarantee) Insurance, in Traditional lines;
Knowledge of SUSEP circulars related to Surety Insurance (477 and 662), CNSP Resolution 407/2021, Public Procurement/Bidding laws (Law 8.666/93, Law 13.303/16, and Law 14.133/21) and Law 15.040/2024.
Knowledge of credit analysis;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Basic to Intermediate English.
Additional training: supplementary courses in Surety Insurance and Reinsurance.
