About the role

  • Read and analyze contracts, bidding documents, and materials submitted for evaluation.
  • Understand the obligations of the company that will perform the contract and identify the most important provisions of the document.
  • Research information about the company and the context of the contract.
  • Prepare a concise opinion summarizing the contract and the main factors that may influence risk.
  • Contribute to the decision-making process regarding the issuance of guarantee policies.
  • Interact with internal areas to clarify questions and align positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Interest in and aptitude for reading and analyzing contracts, bidding documents, and legal documents, with attention to clauses and conditions relevant to risk underwriting.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of contractual risk assessment, with the ability to identify critical and relevant points for underwriting.
  • Ability to prepare clear, objective, and well-structured technical opinions to support decision-making.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for corporate and financial information, with critical judgment and a focus on information quality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support analysis, data organization, and internal presentations.
  • Knowledge of credit analysis.
  • Additional training: courses in Surety Insurance and Reinsurance.
  • Familiarity with SUSEP circulars related to Surety Insurance (477 and 662), CNSP Resolution 407/2021, and Brazilian public procurement laws (Law No. 8,666/93, No. 13,303/16, and No. 14,133/21).
