About the role
- Review of counter-guarantee policies and counter-guarantee contracts
- Drafting letters and communications to policyholders and insured parties; analysis and review of proposed legislation that affects the insurance market
- Drafting and reviewing collateral guarantees in Brazil and abroad
- Reviewing and drafting contractual clauses for the Company’s marketed products
- Managing communications with clients and internal teams related to processes
- Daily engagement with stakeholders, including negotiating deadlines and deliverables
- Creating, analyzing and presenting area-related data to the board and direct management
Requirements
- Law degree – active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Advanced English – primarily reading and writing
- Knowledge of Surety (Seguro Garantia) or Lease Guarantee (Fiança Locatícia) products
- Experience analyzing Corporate/Corporate+ contracts
- Experience with international contracts or guarantees
- Experience preparing and presenting materials for the board and/or other departments and clients
