About the role
- Analyze documents and information related to risk underwriting (laws, public notices/tenders, contracts, schedules, etc.);
- Make decisions based on the analyses performed (regarding acceptance or rejection of risk);
- Gather detailed information about clients (industry/line of business, expertise, technical capacity in relation to the contracted project/scope);
- Prepare questions for clients, as well as underwriting opinions/reports, draft documents, and issue policies and endorsements;
- Maintain contact with relevant teams/departments to clarify questions during the process.
Requirements
- Completed or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics;
- Experience in the insurance industry or insurance brokerages;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Basic to intermediate English;
- Additional training: courses in Surety Bonds and Reinsurance.
